Scope and limitations
RentManager is not a full enterprise trust-accounting or body-corporate suite. The current plans cover up to ten properties and focus on residential landlords and small property-management operations.

One small-landlord subscription
All prices include GST: NZ$9 per month for one dwelling, NZ$19 for up to 5 dwellings, and NZ$29 for up to 10 dwellings. Annual billing is paid once per year: NZ$90 for Starter, NZ$190 for Standard, and NZ$290 for Standard+. The trial does not require a credit card.
