From unsigned draft to reviewed agreement

The demo opens a fictional unsigned agreement draft. It shows the review work that happens before any signing request.

  1. Review the parties, dates, rent, bond and clauses against the tenancy details.
  2. Choose each signer separately. Adding a landlord or entity name does not select that person to sign.
  3. Send for signing only after review, then keep the completed document and signing evidence with the tenancy.

Scope and limitations

Extraction is an aid to review, not legal advice, and can miss or misread unusual drafting. Adding a landlord name does not invite that person to sign. Check every party, required statement and additional clause, then select the people who must sign.

One small-landlord subscription

All prices include GST: NZ$9 per month for one dwelling, NZ$19 for up to 5 dwellings, and NZ$29 for up to 10 dwellings. Annual billing is paid once per year: NZ$90 for Starter, NZ$190 for Standard, and NZ$290 for Standard+. The trial does not require a credit card.
