The base product is an original Centrix AdverseReport. RentManager provides temporary download access to the provider report, with the request and consent steps recorded.
- Enter your details and the prospective tenant's own email address, then verify your requester email.
- The prospective tenant receives a separate consent request. They review the information and confirm consent themselves before you can pay for a check.
- After consent, review the request and terms, then pay $20 NZD including GST. Download the report when Centrix has completed the check.
A credit report is one part of screening. References, identity and affordability evidence are separate, and you make the tenancy decision. You can use this one-off service without a RentManager subscription.
